COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado (March 20, 2024) – USA Basketball announced today 38 athletes who will participate in the 2024 USA Basketball Women’s Junior National Team minicamp. The minicamp will take place in Portland, Oregon, from March 28-30 in conjunction with the 2024 NCAA Women’s Regional Round.
Minicamp participants will represent the high school graduating classes of 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028. Athletes and coaches were selected by the USA Basketball Women’s Developmental National Team Committee. In addition to on-court drills and scrimmages, the Junior National Team members will participate in a series of educational presentations and attend the Sweet 16 games on Friday night.
Camp invitations were extended to athletes born January 1, 2007, or later, or to players not age-eligible for 2024 Junior National Teams. Trials for the 2024 Women’s U17 and U18 National Teams will host eligible athletes born on or after January 1, 2007 and January 1, 2006, respectively, this summer.

The class of 2025 will be represented by Darriana "Dee" Alexander, Zhen Craft, Aaliyah Crump, Addison Deal, Alex Eschmeyer, Kelis Fisher, Lanie Grant, Marcayla Johnson, Keziah Lofton, Keeley Parks, Emilee Skinner and Hailee Swain.
For the class of 2026, Jacy Abii, Kelsi Andrews, GiGi Battle, Addison “Addy” Bjorn, Amari Byles, Devin Cosgriff, Brihanna Crittendon, Rieyan DeSouze, Oliviyah Edwards, Sanai Green, Jayla “Jordyn” Jackson, Trinity Jones, Lola Lampley, Isabella Ragone and McKenna Woliczko will be in attendance.
The class of 2027 will see Haylen Ayers, Jezelle “GG” Banks, Ryan Carter, Chastain Finley, Miciah “Mimi” Fusilier, Jordyn Palmer, Qandace Samuels, Kaleena Smith, Nation Williams and Ivanna Wilson-Manyacka present.
Sydney Douglas will represent the class of 2028.
The group returns 27 athletes with prior USA Basketball experience, 26 of which participated in the Women’s U16 National Team trials in 2023. Abii, Alexander, Andrews, Bjorn, Crump, Grant, Jackson, Jones, Lampley, Swain and Woliczko went on to represent the USA and win gold at the 2023 FIBA Americas U16 Championship in Merida, Mexico.
Sixteen of the athletes also partook in the inaugural Women’s Junior National Team minicamp a year ago in Dallas.
Minicamp coaches include Meg Barber, Nicole Collins, Bobbi Morgan and Trenia Tillis-Hoard.
Morgan and Trenia-Tillis Hoard were recently announced as assistant coaches for the USA Women’s U17 National Team which will compete at the 2024 FIBA U17 Women’s World Cup from July 13-21 in Mexico. Both served the same roles last summer with the U16 National Team.
Barber finished her sixth season as head coach at New York University after leading the Bobcats to the 2024 NCAA DIII women's basketball championship. Collins coaches at Cedar Hill High School in Texas and recently captured her 300th career win. The two are set to make their USA Basketball coaching debuts.
