The USA (4-0) earned a 141-85 victory over Cameroon (0-4) in the round of 16 at the 2026 FIBA U17 Men’s World Cup in Istanbul. Following the win, the USA moved to 1-0 against Cameroon and 55-0 all-time in FIBA U17 Men’s World Cup play.

With the win, the USA advance to the quarterfinals on July 3 to play the winner of Puerto Rico vs. Côte d'Ivoire, with game timing to be announced.
