BERMUDA RUN, North Carolina (June 7, 2026) – After three days of basketball from dawn to dusk, 20 teams earned championships on the final day of the 2026 U.S. Open Basketball East Championships in Bermuda Run, North Carolina.
For the third straight summer, over 100 groups made the trek to North Carolina for the chance to hoist a USA Basketball-embroidered trophy on Sunday.
While a select group joined their teammates in celebration, every squad – spanning from Massachusetts to Florida – personified the competitive spirit and development on display at USA Basketball’s most distinguished youth tournament of the summer.
Based on pool play results during the opening stretch of games, a combined forty ensembles competed in championship contests across the Stars and Stripes brackets.
Stars bracket champions include:

The U.S. Open Basketball Championships are scheduled to continue with the West tournament at the Arizona Athletic Grounds in Mesa Arizona, from July 3-5. Like the U.S. Open in North Carolina, a collection of talent representing the 12U, 13U, 8th Grade, 9th Grade and 10th Grade boys and girls age groups will venture to the desert for an opportunity to secure red, white and blue trophies.
