COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado (April 28, 2025) – USA Basketball announced today that 34 athletes will participate in a 3x3 development camp April 28-30 in Phoenix. Participants will be considered for future USA 3x3 national team and FIBA 3x3 pro circuit assignments.
The camp features men’s and women’s athletes with a combination of USA Basketball (5-on-5, 3x3), professional and collegiate experience.
The men’s participants include Trey Bardsley, Finley Bizjack, Taylor Braun, Henry Caruso, Taylor Funk, Devin Gilligan, Jazian Gortman, Mitch Hahn, Jacob Harvey, Frank Jackson, David Johnson, Boden Kapke, Andrew Kelly, Miller Kopp, Teafale Lenard Jr., Max Murrell, James Parrott, Caden Pierce, Dylan Travis, Bryson Warren, Joe Wieskamp and Bryce Wills.
The women’s participants are Azana Baines, Kennedy Brown, Cierra Burdick, Christina Dalce, MiLaysia Fulwiley, Taylor Jones, Kamaria McDaniel, Nina Rickards, Zee Spearman, Mikaylah Williams, Sahara Williams and Camille Zimmerman.
USA Basketball 3x3 development camps are an opportunity for athletes to hone their skills in a competitive and educational environment. The camps feature rosters of veteran 3x3 players and those new to the discipline.
Camps will be led by coaches who have served USA Basketball in various 5-on-5 and 3x3 capacities. The men’s coaches are Will Ferris, Christian Harbaugh, Jimmy Smith and Ras Vanderloo, while the women’s camp will be headed by Christina Batastini, Kelly Caruthers, Julia Ford and Todd Monsey.
Different than 5-on-5, 3x3 is played on a half-court with a 10-minute game clock and 12-second shot clock. Play is continuous, as teams “clear” the ball behind the 2-point line following a made basket, defensive rebound or steal. The first team to score 21 points via 1-point field goals or 2-pointers behind the arc is victorious; or if time expires then the team leading wins.
