PORTLAND, Oregon (April 9, 2025) – USA Basketball announced today that Trey McKenney will represent the USA men at the 2025 Nike Hoop Summit. The 26th Nike Hoop Summit, which features a men’s and women’s game of the top American high school athletes facing off against a World Team of top international players 19-and-younger, is scheduled for Saturday, April 12, at Moda Center in Portland, Oregon. McKenney, who attends St. Mary’s Preparatory in Orchard Lake Village, Michigan, won a gold medal at the 2024 FIBA U18 Men’s AmeriCup last summer in Buenos Aires. He attended his first USA Men’s Junior National Team minicamp in October 2023. McKenney, who has committed to University of Michigan, is a 2025 McDonald’s All-American and was named Mr. Basketball of Michigan 2025, among other accolades.
As previously announced, in addition to MdKenney, the 2025 USA Men’s Nike Hoop Summit roster features Darius Acuff Jr., Nate Ament, Cameron Boozer, Cayden Boozer, Mikel Brown Jr., Chris Cenac Jr., AJ Dybantsa, Jalen Haralson, Jasper Johnson, Nikolas Khamenia and Malachi Moreno.
Koa Peat will no longer play in the Nike Hoop Summit.
The USA men’s coaching staff includes Frank Bennett, Rob Brost and Charlie Ward.
The 2025 USA Women’s Nike Hoop Summit roster includes Darriana ‘Dee’ Alexander, Sienna Betts, Aaliyah Chavez, Aaliyah Crump, Jasmine ‘Jazzy’ Davidson, Alexandra Eschmeyer, Madison Francis, ZaKiyah Johnson, Grace Knox, Emilee Skinner, Jordan Speiser and Hailee Swain.
The women’s coaching staff includes Dan Rolfes, Karen Self and Alicia Komaki.
The 2025 Nike Hoop Summit, which will be televised live on USA Network and streamed on Peacock, will tip off with the women’s game at 7:30 p.m. ET/4:30 p.m. PT followed by the men’s game at approx. 10:00 p.m. ET/7:00 p.m. PT.
