CLARK, Philippines (Dec. 12, 2024) – The USA Basketball E-National Team pocketed its second straight eFIBA title and No. 1 ranking in eFIBA with a pair of Grand Finals wins over Turkey at the 2024 eFIBA Season Three World Finals on Dec. 12 in the Philippines.
Captained by head coach Lance Sessions, 2023 eFIBA Season 2 champions CB13, Dawsix, Seese and JohhnyRed captured their second consecutive title alongside E-National Team newcomers Mama Im Dat Man and Krazy.
The United States finished with a 28-0 mark this season, improving to a combined 37-0 record dating back to its 2023 title run. Mama Im Dat Man earned tournament MVP honors and a spot on the All-Star squad alongside CB13 and Seese.
After vanquishing Portugal, Algeria and Saudi Arabia in the pool play stage of the World Finals, the United States advanced to the semifinal for a best-of-three playoff format against the Philippines.
There, the Americans continued their dominance with two victories by 24 combined points. Those pair of triumphs netted the USA a spot in the 2024 eFIBA Season 3 World Finals’ finale against Turkey.
