COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado (March 28, 2024) – USA Basketball announced today that Jordan Lee, who attends Saint Mary’s High School in Stockton, California, has been added to the 2024 USA Women’s Nike Hoop Summit roster. She will make her USA Basketball competitive debut when the USA takes on the World Select Team April 13 in Portland, Oregon. Madisen McDaniel is no longer able to participate.
Lee has experience from USA trials and minicamps dating back to 2022. She was a participant in the 2022 Women’s U17 National Team trials in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and more recently a member of the inaugural 2023 Women’s Junior National Team minicamp in Dallas.
Including Lee, the 2024 USA Women’s Nike Hoop Summit Team includes Mikayla Blakes, Jaloni Cambridge, Morgan Cheli, Kendall Dudley, Joyce Edwards, Olivia Olson, Mackenly Randolph, Arianna Roberson, Kennedy Smith, Sarah Strong and Allie Ziebell.
The team was selected by the USA Basketball Women’s Developmental National Team Committee.
Coaching the USA will be head coach Sue Phillips (Archbishop Mitty, CA) with assistant coaches Tamika Dudley (Sidwell Friends, Washington D.C.) and Hilda Hankerson (Westlake High School, GA).
The 25th Nike Hoop Summit is scheduled for Saturday, April 13, at Portland’s Moda Center. The Nike Hoop Summit features both a men’s and women’s game with the top American high school athletes facing off against World Teams of top international players 19-and-younger. The 2024 Nike Hoop Summit will air live on FS1 with the women’s game tipping at 7:30 p.m. ET/4:30 p.m. PT followed by the men’s game at approximately 10:00 p.m. ET/7:00 p.m. PT.
